I love Bills – it’s pretty cool – a dash snobby, and a whole bunch friendly. They recently gave their space a refurb.
It’s not a dramatic refurb, it now includes a nice long 14 people communal table. It does have a nice feel, it really does.
My one complaint would have to be the chairs..
So what do you eat when you go to Bills?
Scrambled eggs? Poached eggs? Boiled eggs?
They don’t do poached eggs because “Bills does scrambled eggs so well” – was the response from my waiter.
Hmm – interesting. So let’s get the scrambled eggs.
Where they mind blowing as he made out? I don’t think so. Missing something – perhaps the right amount of seasoning? Salt perhaps?
Maybe I try something else next time.
But the coffee is sensational a special blend from single origin.
And that’s the secret to why I keep going back.
