My Baklava with pecan and almonds July 7, 2011 by Sophy This is my 1 hour baklava quite simple and easy to make. The one thing I do different from most people is I pour the syrup right after I take out the baklava. I allow 5 minutes rest time on paper towels to extract excess butter then I pour the syrup. Yum!
