A sea of white ? roses as far as the eye can see… so beautiful I just wanted to lay down with them and all their beauty and lucky I didn’t — thorns… they have thorns under the perfectly constructed fluffy invention Mother Earth created. Remind us of both the balance of soft and harsh. Pretty and ugly, sweet and nasty.. balance of those two elements present even in nature. Reminding us not to disown any element of yourself. Reminding us of balance, acknowledgement and beingness. Namaste… happy Sunday

Sundays are for recharging ones body and mind. And some taste bud odysseys can be added. A very Parisian morning missing Paris but lucky for us, @ninousydney provide us with some exceptional baguettes ? ?, coupled with @bdfarmpariscreek butter and some very special creamed honey from @_weddinghoney (fyi my dad makes his own honey – which is so lovely and smooth. He doesn’t make creamed honey and he tried this and loved it) as a combination this trio is giving me much food joy… viva la ??and insert butter emoji here. #sundayfunday and thanks to my darling hubby who got up early and sourced my ?he is the best…ever…
